Works with every messenger and calendar

WhatsAppTelegramSlackVoice notesShare sheet

Share via the system share sheet, forward a message, or paste the text. Events land in iCloud, Google, or Outlook — only after you review.

How it works

Three ways in. One review step before anything lands in your calendar.

1
Share or forward

Long-press the chat message and share to Smart Calendars AI, forward to the Telegram bot, or paste the Slack message into the app. Voice notes work the same way — we transcribe them first.

2
AI extracts events

Dates, times, time zones, locations, video links, and attendees are detected — even from fragmented chat replies, multi-day trip messages, or voice notes with natural phrasing.

3
Review and save

See every event before it’s saved. Edit titles or times, pick the destination calendar, and add them to Apple, Google, or Outlook.

WhatsApp to Calendar

WhatsApp to Calendar

Long-press any WhatsApp message — text, a forwarded meeting note, a restaurant confirmation, even a voice note — and tap Share. Pick Smart Calendars AI from the share sheet and the events land on the review screen seconds later.

  • Works on iOS and Android via the system share sheet. One-handed, no bot to invite, no group permissions to grant.
  • Handles one-on-one chats and group messages. Only the message you share is sent — the rest of your chat history stays private.
  • Voice notes are transcribed first, then parsed for events. Great for dinner plans, soccer practice reminders, and travel itineraries dictated on the go.

Telegram Calendar Bot

Telegram Calendar Bot

Forward the message to @SmartCalendarsAIBot on Telegram and get a reply with ready-to-save events. Works from one-on-one chats, channels, and groups — no invite required.

  • One-tap forward: open the message, Share → Forward → Smart Calendars AI bot. The bot replies with extracted events and an open-in-app link.
  • Reads only the messages you explicitly forward. No access to your chat list, contacts, or channel history.
  • Supports text, voice notes, and images. Flight itineraries, class schedules, and meet-up reminders all work in one pass.

Slack Event to Calendar

Slack Event to Calendar

Copy a Slack message — a standup reschedule, a launch-week agenda, a customer call time — paste it into Smart Calendars AI, and turn it into clean calendar events. Perfect for teams that live in Slack but need their time in Apple, Google, or Outlook.

  • Works from any workspace. No admin approval, no bot to install, no OAuth on your workspace.
  • Multi-event messages (e.g. "Monday 9am standup, Tuesday 3pm review, Friday demo") produce a list of events, not a blob.
  • Paired with the browser extension, you can extract events directly from Slack web in a single click.

Voice Message to Calendar

Voice Message to Calendar

Dictate your schedule in a voice note — WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, or any audio memo — and share it with Smart Calendars AI. We transcribe, understand natural phrasing ("next Tuesday afternoon"), and surface the events for review.

  • Handles natural phrasing, relative dates, and multi-event dictations. No robotic "remind me at" syntax required.
  • Supports English, German, French, and most major languages. The review screen shows the transcript alongside each extracted event.
  • Audio is processed only to extract events. Transcripts and recordings are not kept beyond that step.

No chat-history access · Review before save

Private by design

  • We only read the message you explicitly share, forward, or paste. No access to your chat list, groups, channels, contacts, or message history.

  • You review every event before anything is saved. Nothing lands in Apple, Google, or Outlook without your confirmation.

  • Encrypted in transit. GDPR-compliant. Voice notes and message text are processed only to extract events and are not retained for training.

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Get in touch.

Which messengers are supported?

WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, iMessage, Signal, Messenger, and any app that can share plain text or audio via the system share sheet. For Telegram we also offer a dedicated bot (@SmartCalendarsAIBot) so you can forward messages directly inside the chat.

Does it work with voice notes?

Yes. Voice notes are transcribed first, then parsed for events. Natural phrasing like "dinner Thursday around seven" works — you don’t need to dictate in calendar syntax.

Does the Telegram bot read my chat history?

No. The bot only sees messages you explicitly forward to it. It can’t read other chats, groups, channels, or your contact list. See our privacy approach for details.

Can I use this for Slack without installing a workspace bot?

Yes. Copy the Slack message, paste it into the Smart Calendars AI app or web, and the event extractor runs on that text. No workspace OAuth, no admin approval. If you prefer a one-click flow, the browser extension also works on Slack web.

Does it handle group chats and multi-event messages?

Yes. Only the message you share is sent — not the whole group thread — and multi-event messages like "Mon 9am standup, Tue 3pm review, Fri demo" produce a list of events in one pass.

Do I review events before they are saved?

Always. Nothing is added to your calendar silently. You see each extracted event, can edit titles, times, and locations, and either save all of them or drop the ones you don’t want.

Which calendars can I save to?

Apple Calendar (iCloud), Google Calendar, and Outlook / Microsoft 365. You pick the destination on the review screen and can switch between them per event.

Can I also turn email, photos, or PDFs into calendar events?

Yes. The same extraction engine powers Email to Calendar and Photo & PDF to Calendar. Same review step, same destinations, same privacy posture.

Turn your next chat message — or voice note — into calendar events.

Free to try. WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, voice notes, and the system share sheet are all supported.
