Works with every calendar and every input

Apple Calendar31Google CalendarOOutlookPhotoPDFScreenshot

JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF, and screenshots from any device. Export to iCloud, Google, or Outlook in one tap.

How it works

Three steps. Review every event before it lands in your calendar.

1
Capture

Take a photo, pick a PDF, or paste a screenshot. Multi-page PDFs and long conference agendas are supported out of the box.

2
AI extracts events

Smart Calendars AI detects dates, times, time zones, locations, and recurring patterns — even from messy posters, class timetables, or conference PDFs.

3
Review and save

See every event before it’s saved. Edit titles or times, pick the destination calendar, and add them to Apple, Google, or Outlook.

Built for real-world schedules

Anything with a date on it can become a calendar event.

Posters and flyers

Concert posters, festival line-ups, conference banners, school event flyers — snap it and get clean events with the right date, time, and venue.

PDF schedules

Class timetables, conference agendas, sports fixture lists, tour dates. Multi-page and multi-column PDFs are parsed into individual events.

Screenshots

Screenshot an Instagram post, a WhatsApp voice note transcript, a Notion page, or a web schedule — Smart Calendars AI turns it into events.

Tickets and bookings

Flight tickets, train bookings, theatre tickets, restaurant reservations. Dates, departures, gates, and addresses are captured automatically.

On-device OCR · Review before save

Private by design

  • Photos and PDFs are processed for event extraction only — never stored on our servers beyond the extraction step.

  • You review every event before anything is saved to your calendar. Nothing lands in Apple, Google, or Outlook without your confirmation.

  • GDPR-compliant. No ads, no profiling, no reselling of your event data to third parties.

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Get in touch.

Can I turn a PDF schedule into calendar events?

Yes. Smart Calendars AI reads multi-page PDFs — school timetables, conference agendas, sports fixture lists, tour dates, festival programmes — and extracts each session as a separate event with start time, end time, and location. You then review and save to Apple, Google, or Outlook Calendar.

Can I create multiple events from one photo?

Yes. One poster, flyer, or schedule screenshot can produce dozens of events in a single pass. The review screen lets you edit or drop individual rows before saving.

Does this work with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook?

Yes. After review you choose the destination: iCloud (Apple Calendar), Google Calendar, or Outlook / Office 365. Events sync through the calendar account you already use on your phone or laptop.

Do I review events before they are saved?

Always. Nothing is added to your calendar silently. You see each extracted event, can edit titles, times, and locations, and either save all of them or drop the ones you don’t want.

What file formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, and multi-page PDFs. Screenshots taken on iOS, macOS, Windows, or Android all work.

Does it handle handwriting or foreign languages?

Clear handwriting is recognised reasonably well, but printed schedules work best. Smart Calendars AI supports many languages — including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch — and can translate an event title if you prefer.

Is my photo or PDF stored?

Files are processed only to extract events and are not retained beyond what’s needed for that extraction. Only the structured events you choose to save end up in your calendar account.

Can I publish a PDF schedule as a calendar feed others can subscribe to?

Yes. If the schedule is audience-facing — a school PDF, a class timetable, a tour programme — you can turn the same input into a live calendar feed plus a public calendar page. See the Publish a Schedule as a Calendar Feed guide.

Turn your next poster, PDF, or screenshot into calendar events.

Free to try. Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook supported.
