Works with every inbox and calendar

GmailOOutlookApple MailForward-to emailBrowser extension

Paste, forward, or use the extension. Export to iCloud, Google, or Outlook in one tap — without handing us OAuth access to your mailbox.

How it works

Three ways in. One review step before anything lands in your calendar.

1
Paste or forward

Paste the email body into the app, forward the message to [email protected], or click the Smart Calendars AI button in Gmail or Outlook Web via the browser extension.

2
AI extracts events

Dates, times, time zones, locations, video links, and attendees are detected — even from newsletters, ticket emails, course schedules, and multi-event agendas.

3
Review and save

See every event before it’s saved. Edit titles or times, pick the destination calendar, and add them to Apple, Google, or Outlook.

Every email that has a date on it

One extractor for the calendar-worthy mail you get every day.

Meeting invites and calls

Kickoffs, stand-ups, interviews, client calls — captured with the right time zone, dial-in, and attendees, even from plain-text replies.

Bookings and confirmations

Flights, trains, hotels, restaurant reservations, doctor appointments. Departure times, gates, addresses, and confirmation numbers are captured.

Newsletters and announcements

Webinar series, conference announcements, class schedules, community events, concert lists. Turn a long email into a batch of clean events.

Multi-day agendas

Workshop programmes, training schedules, trip itineraries. Each day / session becomes its own event with the right start, end, and location.

No mailbox OAuth · Review before save

Private by design

  • We only read the message you paste, forward, or open in the extension. No OAuth access to your full mailbox, no scanning of unrelated mail.

  • You review every event before anything is saved. Nothing lands in Apple, Google, or Outlook without your confirmation.

  • Encrypted in transit. GDPR-compliant. No ads, no profiling, no reselling of email content or event data.

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Get in touch.

How do I turn a Gmail or Outlook email into calendar events?

You have three options. 1) Open the email in the Smart Calendars AI app or the Web and paste the body. 2) Forward the email to [email protected] and get a reply with ready-to-save events. 3) Install the browser extension for Gmail or Outlook Web and click the Smart Calendars AI button next to any thread.

Do I have to give OAuth access to my entire inbox?

No. We deliberately don’t ask for mailbox OAuth. You always choose the message you want parsed — by pasting, forwarding, or clicking the extension on a single thread.

Does it work with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Proton, and Yahoo?

Yes. The forwarding inbox and the paste / extension flows are agnostic to the mail provider. Native Gmail and Outlook Web get a one-click experience through the browser extension; everything else works via paste or forward.

Can it handle newsletters and multi-event emails?

Yes. Webinar series, conference programmes, school schedules, and multi-day agendas produce multiple events in one pass. The review screen lets you edit or drop individual rows before saving.

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Brave via the Smart Calendars AI extension. Links to install are on the landing page and in the app.

Do I review events before they are saved?

Always. Nothing is added to your calendar silently. You see each extracted event, can edit titles, times, and locations, and either save all of them or drop the ones you don’t want.

Is my email content stored?

Email bodies are processed only to extract events and are not retained beyond that step. Only the structured events you choose to save end up in your calendar account.

Can I publish an agenda email as a calendar feed others can subscribe to?

Yes. If the agenda is audience-facing — a conference programme, a class schedule, a tour itinerary — you can turn the same email into a live calendar feed plus a public calendar page. See the Publish a Schedule as a Calendar Feed guide.

Turn your next meeting invite, confirmation, or newsletter into events.

Free to try. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and the forward-to inbox are all supported.
