Product Overview

Smart Calendars AI turns voice, photos, screenshots, PDFs, and emails into reviewed calendar items—and turns prompts, public URLs, files, and pasted schedules into publishable Calendar Pages and ICS/webcal feeds. It works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook.

What is Smart Calendars AI?

Smart Calendars AI combines an AI calendar assistant with publishable Calendar Feeds. The assistant turns voice, photos (OCR), PDFs, and text (including emails) into structured events, reminders, and contacts. Calendar Feeds turn prompts, public URLs, files, and pasted schedules into reviewable Calendar Pages and ICS/webcal subscriptions. Both work with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook.

How it works

You share something that contains dates, times, places, or contact details (by speaking, pasting text, or sending a screenshot/photo). Smart Calendars AI extracts the important information, lets you review it, and then saves it to your calendar (or contacts) in a clean, structured format.

What it can create

From a single input, Smart Calendars AI can generate:

  • Calendar events with title, date/time, time zone, and location
  • Reminders and to‑dos (with optional due dates, notes, and alerts)
  • Recurring schedules (e.g. weekly classes) with recurrence rules
  • Rich event details like meeting links, access codes, and relevant URLs (when included in the source)
  • Contact cards (e.g. for Apple Contacts) from names, emails, phone numbers, and signatures (when present)

Ways to use it

  • Voice: "Team meeting next Tuesday at 3pm—remind me 1 hour before."
  • Photos / screenshots (OCR): posters, tickets, schedules, invitations, confirmations.
  • Text: copied details from emails, chats, web pages, and documents.

Smart Calendars AI app — features

The AI calendar assistant that turns voice, photos, PDFs, emails, and chat messages into structured events, reminders, and contacts. Every result is reviewed before it is saved to your existing calendar.

Capture from anywhere

Voice or natural-language text

Describe an event the way you would explain it to a colleague. Refine the result with a short follow-up message.

Photos and screenshots (OCR)

Capture flyers, tickets, posters, or signs and let the assistant extract the relevant details for your review.

PDFs and multi-page schedules

Upload programmes or long timetables. Dense documents are converted into individual calendar items.

Emails and forwarded threads

Forward bookings, confirmations, or ordinary mail with dates. Each suggestion is presented for confirmation before saving.

WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack messages

Capture agreed dates from chat conversations and convert them into real calendar entries in a few taps.

Browser extensions for any web page

Available for Chrome and Safari. Turn highlighted text or images on any page into events without manual copy and paste.

AI scheduling assistant

Understands unstructured input

Extracts dates, times, locations, links, and attendees from notes, messages, and longer text — even when the source is not neatly formatted.

Multiple events from a single input

Submit a list or describe several plans at once. The assistant produces separate events and reminders without manual splitting.

Conflict detection and suggestions

Highlights overlapping appointments, recommends adjustments, and can look up current event information when more context is required.

Find a time that fits

Request slots based on your constraints and receive concrete options instead of manual availability checking.

Weekly outlooks and reviews

Get a personalized weekly calendar briefing built from your real calendar and reminders. Smart Calendars AI creates an outlook for the current week and a review for completed weeks — and can read it out to you, without manual journaling.

Convert reminders into events (and back)

Switch a task into a meeting, or a meeting back into a reminder, in a single step.

Available across your devices

iPhone and iPad (native iOS app)

Optimised for capture on the go, with widgets, Lock Screen integration, and Shortcuts support.

Apple Watch capture

Dictate plans on your wrist; the recording is processed on your iPhone and added to your calendar after review.

Mac, with Raycast quick capture

A native macOS experience plus a Raycast extension for keyboard-driven scheduling alongside other Mac workflows.

Web app in any modern browser

Use the assistant from any laptop or desktop without installing software. Your subscription stays in sync.

Personal assistant email address

Forward scheduling requests to your dedicated assistant inbox — no app required for occasional use.

ChatGPT integration

Available as an action in the official ChatGPT app. Only the event details you create are shared with Smart Calendars AI.

Organise and personalise

Multiple calendar views

Switch between day, week, and agenda views to focus on what matters without losing the familiar calendar feel.

Widgets, Shortcuts, and Control Center

Glance at your day from the Home or Lock Screen, and start voice capture instantly from Control Center or Shortcuts.

Colour-coded calendars

Assign colours to events or whole calendars so weekly planning takes seconds instead of minutes.

Attach files to events

Keep tickets, agendas, and PDFs alongside the event they belong to. Attachments use iCloud where appropriate.

Import existing invitations

Open .ics files you have already received so nothing remains forgotten in your downloads folder.

Contacts from text

Convert pasted names, email addresses, phone numbers, and signatures into structured contact cards.

Share, invite, and collaborate

Share plans easily

Send events as links, QR codes, or .ics calendar files that recipients can open on any platform.

Invite guests to meetings

Add attendees and send proper invitations when an item is a real meeting rather than a personal reminder.

Share your availability

Provide a booking link so others can pick from open time slots, removing back-and-forth scheduling.

Reminders and calendar in one place

Tasks and appointments live together. Drag to reschedule or reorganise without switching apps.

Privacy and data handling

Encrypted in transit

All requests are sent over HTTPS/TLS. Your data is protected as it travels between your device and our servers.

Processed only as long as needed

Content is held briefly while the assistant produces a result, then discarded. We do not retain personal content beyond what is required to deliver your request.

Not used to train AI models

Personal content you submit is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s.

On-device personalisation

Optional preferences you approve are stored on your device and shape future suggestions without leaving it.

Smart Calendar Feeds — features

Standards-based calendar subscriptions (ICS / webcal) for publishing schedules to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook. Use a curated free feed, or create a custom feed from a prompt, public URL, PDF, photo, spreadsheet, or pasted text.

Subscribe to ready-made smart calendar feeds

Catalogue of free feeds

Browse free calendar feeds for public holidays, sports fixtures, school holidays, anime release schedules, and more.

Standard ICS / webcal subscriptions

Subscribers add one stable feed link instead of importing every event separately. Their calendar app decides when to check that link for changes.

Works with Apple, Google, and Outlook

Built on standard ICS / webcal, so any major calendar app can subscribe without extensions or plug-ins.

Create and review a custom calendar feed

Start with a prompt, URL, or pasted schedule

Describe the schedule you need, provide a public source page, or paste existing dates and details.

Extract events from files

Turn PDFs, photos, screenshots, XLSX, XLS, and CSV schedules into structured events.

Review before publishing

Check and edit extracted dates, times, titles, locations, and other details before subscribers receive the feed.

Publish and share schedules

Public Calendar Page and stable feed URL

Publish a readable schedule on the web and keep one ICS subscription URL as the events change.

Share via link, QR code, or .ics file

Distribute a short link, printable QR code, or downloadable calendar file so people can open or subscribe to the schedule.

Responsive website embedding

Select and Pro include a responsive embed with Smart Calendars AI attribution and a subscription menu. Business and Publisher add custom colors, branding controls, and attribution removal.

Updates and publishing boundaries

Scheduled refreshes for URL-backed feeds

Eligible URL sources are checked on the cadence included in the plan. Calendar apps retrieve published feed changes on their own schedule.

Publisher-controlled file updates

Uploaded PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and pasted text stay static until the publisher replaces or edits the source.

Read-only subscriber delivery

Subscribers can follow but cannot edit or submit events. Native RSVPs and ticketing are not included; publishers can link to an external registration page.
