Please note that Stripe will process your subscription with $0 charges for the number of billing cycles covered by your promotional code. For example, if you have a 3-year promotional code, you will have 3 billing cycles with $0 charges before regular pricing resumes.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of the last promotional billing cycle, the subscription will end early after the current billing cycle completes. For instance, if you cancel during the first year of a 3-year promotional offer, your subscription will end after the first year and will not continue for the entire promotional period.

No – you can synchronize your Apple App Store subscription in Settings. For security reasons, a re‑synchronization is required every 30 days to keep web access active.

Look for the sign-in option in the subscription dialogue when you first open the app, or go to Settings and find the account/subscription section to sign in with your web account.

In‑app purchases (iOS/macOS) are managed by the Apple App Store, including refunds per store policy. Web subscriptions can be canceled via the web billing portal (Stripe).

No – the AI only makes action suggestions for you. The user is always required to confirm any action. That is how you stay in total control.

Privacy, Data & Permissions

We take security seriously. Calendar links and QR-codes are transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. However, anyone with the link can access the calendar event, so be careful when sharing sensitive information.

We practice temporary, purpose‑bound processing. Content you send is processed only to fulfill your request, then discarded. Entire calendars are never synced to our servers. Your AI assistant neither keeps a history nor have a memory of your previous conversations. We do not train models on your personal content.

For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

We use a small set of processors to run the service, including OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (web payments), Apple (in‑app purchases), hosting/email providers, and Matomo (self‑hosted analytics). Partners cannot use your data for their own purposes. See Privacy Policy for details.

To provide you with the best experience, we ask for access to the following (optional) permissions:

Calendar: We need this to create and save events to your calendar. Without this permission, you won't be able to add events automatically.

Location (optional): This helps us accurately add event locations. Location data is only used for event creation.

Camera (optional): This allows you to scan event details directly from physical invitations, posters, or screens. The camera is only used when you choose to scan.

Notifications (optional): This allows us to remind you about upcoming events and important calendar updates. You can customize notification preferences in the app settings.

Microphone (optional): This enables voice input for quick event creation. The microphone is only accessed when you actively use voice recording.

You can change these permissions later in your device settings

Troubleshooting

For optimal results, limit events to 5-10 and provide detailed, specific descriptions. The more context you give our AI, the better it can understand your intent and schedule your events accurately.

Use the preview to edit; add a quick follow‑up in the app (voice or typed) like "make it 10:30" or "add 15‑minute reminder." When using the extension, optionally select the most relevant block on the page before processing.
